It integrates automatic sheet loading, automatic optimization layout, automatic cutting, automatic conveying, air floating sheet breaking table, and automatic marking functions (option only), achieving automation in the glass cutting process.
The equipment can be moved as a whole, allowing flexible forward and backward movement, as well as 360° free movement. It can retrieve glass from any glass shelf within a limited space.

Brief introduction:
The equipment can be moved as a whole, allowing flexible forward and backward movement, as well as 360° free movement. It can retrieve glass from any glass shelf within a limited space.
(1) Equipment composition: Equipment framework system, Equipment transmission system, Vacuum adsorption system, Mechanical flipping system, Electrical control system.
(2) The entire machine is constructed using national standard manganese-containing bridge steel (Q345A) that is welded and undergoes aging treatment. This type of steel exhibits excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, good plasticity, and superior welding performance. The surface undergoes a special rust removal process to eliminate surface rust and oxide layers, with the base layer coated with high-grade zinc yellow polyester paint and the surface coated with high-grade automotive paint.
(3) The vacuum system is designed reasonably, with high vacuum degree, fast workpiece suction, and high reliability. The main vacuum pressure switch adopts the Japanese SMC brand.
(4) The equipment features a one-button reset function, allowing all preparations before automatic startup to be completed with just one press on the touch screen, greatly enhancing work efficiency.
(5) The equipment is equipped with fault and safety alarm devices.
(6) The glass lifting mechanism adopts a planar four-bar linkage structure, which is more stable and reliable than previous screw lifting mechanisms.
Technical description
1) Flip mode and suction mode: Mechanical flipping with adjustable flipping angle. Fast operation speed, smooth and stable movement, capable of automatically picking up glass of various thicknesses ranging from 3 to 15mm. Flipping arm equipped with a linkage device, with a suction depth of up to 600mm.
2) Adsorption and transmission device: After being adsorbed by vacuum suction cups, the items are transmitted by a chain.
3) Operating mode: The device offers two functional options: automatic mode and manual mode, ensuring convenient and intuitive operation.
4) Alarm device: Equipped with an automatic detection system, it can automatically trigger an alarm and display any abnormal conditions that arise. A panic stop switch is also installed for control in case of abnormalities.
5) Operation interface: It adopts a liquid crystal touch screen display interface with a Chinese display module, making operation convenient and quick (an English operation interface can be installed).
6) Program setting: The number of sheets to be loaded and the sequence of loading stations can be automatically set. The equipment automatically travels, automatically fetches sheets, and automatically conveys them.
7) Description of the fully automated film loading process: Walking → Flip arm lifting → Automatic glass sensing → Suction cup adsorbing glass → Suction cup lifting and suction to separate glass from frame → Returning to original position → Flip arm resetting → Conveying glass to cutting machine.
8) Position walking mode: Automatically adjust to zero position, automatically detect work, and automatically return to original position. Multiple workstations can be set according to customer requirements.

4) The knife wheel adopts a high hardness knife wheel imported from Germany, and the knife head is equipped with a protective device to effectively prevent knife collision.
5) It can also be equipped with automatic conveying, automatic labeling and breaking tables to achieve assembly line operation.
