This machine is one heating chamber and two work-position construction type. It is used to produce thermal bent glass, which will be one very important bent glass at front windowshield process. The machine can make the general glass for windowshields of big buses.

Structure

Single-chamber two-position thermal bending furnace, which is a special machine to manufacture all kinds of curved glass. This machine mainly used to produce the bent laminated glass for front windshield of bus, and also for the normal heating bent glass production.

Our single-chamber two-position thermal bending furnace is with the characteristics of high automatization, reliable performance, simple operation and high production efficiency.

The thermal bending furnace includes a heating chamber, heating element lifting & falling device, two cooling chambers and two electric movable wagons,electrical control cabinet and computer control system.

In the middle of the machine is the heating chamber where glass is heated and bent. Heating elements fixed on the top of the chamber. There are three heaters on each ceramic pipe along 2 meter direction. Each heating heater can be controlled individually by computer.

Heating element lifting&falling device mounted on top is a set of mechanism, which could make the heating elements moving upwards and downwards according to the different glassshape, to control the glass heating situation accurately.

Working principle

When operator put the glass on the mold inside glass wagon ready, pressing the buttonwagon entering (pls press the different button according to the difference of left and right), the wagon loading glass entering into heating chamber;

After wagon entering, pressing the button heating start, the heating chamber begin heating. After some certain heating time and up to certain temperature, operator could raise or lower the corresponding heating heaters through heating heater’s lifting & falling device in order to control the glass’s certain partial heating, to increase products inosculating precision and working efficiency.

When the glass molding rapidly finished, operator press button wagon exiting, the wagon will exit from heating chamber automatically and enter into annealing chamber.

When the first glass wagon entering into annealing chamber, the second glass wagon will enter into heating chamber and begin heating automatically if the second glass is put ready and pressing buttonloading finish.

The molding glass should be annealing and cooling in annealing chamber; when the temperature reach to the enactment annealing temperature, the machine will show the suggestive information, to remind the operator that the glass annealing is finished and glass can be unloaded.

Operator open the wagon door and unload the molding glass; putting one new glass, then pressing button loading finish; the glass wagon should be in the waiting state; after the last glass molding ready and glass wagon exit from molding chamber, the wagon will enter into molding chamber and begin heating automatically.

Each wagon have four windows on one side from which operator can observe the glass bending. Cooling chambers located on both side of the heating chamber. On top of each cooling chamber there is a vent for cooling and air-excluding, easy for fast cooling.

Features

1) The machine adopts computer-control with high automatization, easy operation and high finished product.

2) The machine adopts inverter(Omron, Japan) for control, movement smooth, fluent and with the high reliable.

3) There are sliding stainless-steel rails on the wagons and the molds and glass can move freely on them, easy for the change of molds and glass loading and unloading. The wagon’s transverse moving adopts computer-controlled, which has the advantages of running rapid and reliable, to decrease working intensity and increase efficiency.

4) The door of wagons is moveable, loading and unloading glass easier.

5) Automatic temperature control and display for the heating chamber, easy for operating.

6) There have each 6 groups (12 pcs) heating heaters installed on the 2 sides of the heating chamber,the heating elements lifting device is special convenient for the deep curvature glass molding; at the same time to increase the inosculating degree between glass and mold, and ensure products quality.

7) Key electric control elements are imported high-quality ones. Such as the breaker is the Schneider, contactor is Siemems, even for the most normal relay is the Omron products, all of them could ensure machine’s high reliable running.
