Automatic flat glass laminating line is mainly used in producing big flat laminated glass for architectures, decorative ice-split glass and safety bullet-proof glass.
It is consisted of main parts: tilting table, washing machine, PVB & glass-sheets combining machine (positioning table, transition section, sucker frames and movable device, film roller frame, PVB room, humidity controller,etc.), pre-heat pre-pressing machine, auto-clave, air compressor,etc.and the related glass conveying mechanism and electric automatically control system.

Brief introduction
1. Glass Washing & Drying Machine
Glass cleaning & drying machine includes loading section, washing section, drying section, blower and glass outlet roller section.
The washing section includes 3 sets of cylindrical brushes, 4 sets of water spraying pipes and glass pressing rolls. The distance between each set of brushes can be adjusted to improve cleaning quality in case brush worn-out. For the water spraying pipes, 2 are for hot water and 2 for cold water separately supplied by 2 pumps. The pressing roll is to guarantee the glass sheet smoothly passes the washing and drying section without slippage when small piece of glass is cleaned and dried. There are two pairs of air knives in the drying section, which distance between the upper and lower can be adjusted.
The blower is installed in a box with noise-absorb material in the inner layer. There are filter on the air inlet. The blower box is installed above the machine. And also there are heating elements for heating the air to dry better the glass.
The glass outlet section is consisted of some convey roller only. It conveys the washed and dry glass to next process section.
2. Glass Sheets-combining Machine
It is one parts of the flat glass laminating lines and mainly used in combining big glass sheets.
It is consisted of machine frame, transmission roller, lifting mechanism with sucker, film automatically laying machine and film automatically cutting machine and etc..
The first piece of washed and clean glass is conveyed through transmission roller in high speed to film automatically laying machine for laying. And at the meanwhile the second piece of glass is conveyed to combining section through transmission roller and the lifting mechanism lifts up the second piece of glass. Then the first glass with film is conveyed to combining section and the lifting mechanism put down the second piece of glass and the film automatically cutting machine cuts the film. The whole combining is competed.
If producing multi-layer laminated glass, the machine conveys the combined glass to the film automatically laying machine for laying another time. The third piece of glass is conveyed to the combining section through transmission roller and the lifting mechanism lift up the third piece of glass. The glass with film is conveyed to the combining section again and the lifting mechanism puts down the third piece of glass. The film automatically cutting machine begins cutting. The whole combining is completed.
3. Flat Laminating Pre-heat Pre-pressing Machine
Pre-heating pre-press section for flat laminated glass includes glass convey system, pre-pressing section, heating section, pressing section and unloading section.
The pre-heating system is consisted of two heating chambers. The heating elements in each chamber include upper & lower parts.
Temperature is controlled automatically. Insulating material is covered with tinplate. The steel rollers in this section wrapped with high quality heat-resistant fiber rope..
The pressing rolls in this section are two pairs of high-temperature silica rubber rolls of large diameter located at both ends of the heating section. The distance of each pair of rollers and its pressure can be automatically adjusted.
The unloading section is similar to the loading section. It takes the final laminate glass sheet out of the laminate line and put other glass rack.
4. Control cabinet for Flat Laminated Glass line
The electrical control system of the laminate glass line include convey control, temperature control, vacuum and pressure control system.
The glass convey control system adopt that AC frequency control. The inverter is from ABB company. It is simple for operate and maintenance, and its mechanic performance is stable. The man-machine exchange interface and PLC system is from OMRON company. Other electrical element for example switch, sensor, rely, connector and so on, is from Siemems company or other famous company in the world.
The hardware collocate is reasonable and the technology is advanced. System control software has strong function, and with stable performance.
The comfortable man-machine exchange interface, the all-powerful help software and trouble-checking system make the operation and maintenance simple.
All the technology data of temperature, the quantity glass layer, convey speed, the distance of two press roller and so on can be set and amend on the center electrical control system.
5. Auto-clave, Air Compressor and Air Tank
It is the last working procedures machine of laminating line and is the key one. It is consisted of auto-clave body, heating system, cooling system, temperature homogenous system, auto-clave door automatically open & close mechanism, carrying wagon and electric control cabinet and etc..
Full automatic controlling during the whole production.
Temperature homogenous system ensures homogenous temperature and product quality is reliable.
