Description

The "CNC shaped glass edging machine" is often also named as the "CNC glass processing center".

It adopts a CNC control system to control the processing specifications and speed through interface parameter settings. The high-precision linear guide rail and ball screw transmission structure and control system ensure the accuracy of processing dimensions, enabling edging and chamfering of glass with thicknesses ranging from (2~19) mm.

It is suitable for various glass rough and fine grinding and polishing processes in home appliances, furniture, automobiles, screens, sanitary ware, and other fields.

*Machine is equipped with tool storage magazines and automatic tool changers, facilitating multi-process machining such as milling, drilling, boring, and reaming. (options only)

Relevant technical requirements

1) It operates normally under the conditions of an ambient temperature ranging from 7℃ to 45℃ and a relative humidity of no more than 60%

2) Air source requirements: ≥0.5Mpa, requiring a stable air source

3) Water source: workpiece cooling; impurity-free groundwater or tap water

4) Main spindle cooling: pure water or tap water with rust inhibitor

For 2MM and 3MM glass, fine wheels can be directly used for processing. For thicker glass, a combination of No. 1 and No. 2 wheels is required to achieve the desired effect. The processing speed is greatly influenced by the precision of glass cutting, the amount of reserved edging, and the manufacturer of the grinding wheel.
