Brief Introduction

1. automatic glass loading table

It is mainly used for automatic glass taking. After the glass is placed in the specified position and the chip taking signal is given, the big arm turns upward about 95° through the turning mechanism, and the whole machine starts to move forward. When the induction device on the forearm touches the glass, the whole machine stops walking, the suction cup on the glass is attracted by the vacuum system, and the forearm lifting motor lifts the glass backward and upward about 80mm.

When the big arm is in place, the suction cup under the glass begins to blow, and the lower arm falls, while the glass falls on the conveyor wheel, and finally the glass is transported to the cutting table through the conveyor wheel.

The whole working process can be completed by PLC automatic control or manual control, manual mode is mainly applicable to equipment adjustment and maintenance, each action can be separate finished, can also be used to perform normal work.

After giving the film taking signal (manual or automatic), the big arm turns upward about 95° through the turning mechanism, and the whole machine starts to move forward. When the sensor on the forearm contacts the glass, the whole machine stops.

At this time, the vacuum system works, and the suction cup on the glass absorbs the glass through the vacuum system. When the vacuum pressure switch reaches the set pressure, the vacuum pump stops, and the telescopic connecting rod mechanism of the suction cup drives the glass backward and upward by about 80mm through the arm lifting motor. After stopping at this station for about 1.5 seconds, the single piece of glass is guaranteed to suck up.

The big arm device drives the mechanical turning mechanism through the motor to reverse the glass to the transmission roller, the suction cup under the glass begins to blow, and the telescopic connecting rod mechanism makes the suction cup and the glass fall at the same time, when the glass falls on the conveying roller, the lower arm continues to fall, the glass and the suction cup are separated, and the conveying mechanism starts to send the glass sheet to the front end of the loading machine to the signal point to stop.

Then the whole frame moves automatically to find the zero stop, waiting for the cutting table to send a signal, it can be with the conveyor belt on the cutting machine at the same speed to send the glass to the cutting machine workbench, the glass is sent out automatically cycle the chip program work, this machine can be selected according to the required glass thickness at any station to take the piece.

2. automatic glass laser marking (for option only)

The working principle is that the coded glass is transported to the work table by the conveyor belt, and the position of the glass is automatically recorded by the photoelectric scanning system, and then the motion controller codes the input coded position map through the ultraviolet laser to the substrate.

CNC motion controller is used in the control part of the machine, and advanced AC servo motor is used in the driving part.

Automatic cutting machine: composed of frame mechanism, beam mechanism, workbench mechanism, ultraviolet laser mechanism, conveying mechanism, photoelectric scanning positioning mechanism, electrical control system.

Ultraviolet laser is a cold light source, integrating all the advantages of solid laser marking, the use of high-precision 355 end ultraviolet laser, good beam quality, small focused spot, to solve the processing material is easy to change, easy to burn, foaming and other defects;

3. automatic glass cutting machine

The glass to be cut is transported to the work table by the conveyor belt, and the position of the glass is automatically recorded by the photoelectric scanning system, and then the cutting head with the diamond cutter wheel on the tool box moves along the X direction and the Y direction by program control, and the substrate is cut.

CNC motion controller is used in the control part of the machine, and advanced AC servo motor is used in the driving part.

The driving part adopts advanced Japanese Yaskawa servo motor, which makes the equipment reliable performance, small error and high efficiency.

The cutting tool box adopts Japan SMC proportional solenoid valve, automatically adjusts the pressure according to the thickness of the glass, the cutter head rotates 360 degrees, the upper and lower buffer cutting (can accurately cut any straight line and various shaped glass);

The tool head is equipped with the tool protection function, if the tool head falls outside the glass or the glass notch, the program automatically stops, effectively preventing damage to the parts and glass;

Conveying device, synchronous automatic transmission device, convenient glass transmission up and down. Positioning device, photoelectric scanning positioning system. Compensation function, tool eccentricity compensation, clearance compensation, pitch compensation.

4. air floating breaking table

It is mainly composed of four parts: frame mechanism, breaking mechanism, gas circuit control system and electrical control system.
Mainly includes: air float function, breaking bars 1+2, high density water-proof table, imported felt with high flatness and antistatic, areaking bars foot switch control.
